Product Manager – Future Contract Opportunities

📋 Description

• Consult with clients to comprehend and articulate strategic business objectives.

• Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Persuade stakeholders and steer discussions towards preferred outcomes.

• Assess end-users’ needs through interviews and ethnographic studies.

• Convert business and user requirements into user flows, feature maps, and user stories.

• Design, organize, and lead design thinking, empathy-building, and ideation workshops.

• Create omni-channel Journey Maps, Experience Maps, and Service Blueprints.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to formulate testable concepts and confirm hypotheses.

• Direct project teams to provide solutions that fulfill business requirements and enhance user satisfaction.

• Work alongside Business Development to craft proposal responses and assist in project scoping.

• Partner with developers to assess the feasibility of requirements and prioritize recommendations.

• Function as a client consultant, product manager, and project coordinator throughout engagements.

• Relevant experience in consulting, digital agencies, or industry roles focused on user experience, digital strategy, or product management.

• Proficient understanding of UX/UI best practices.

• Proven experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams of designers and engineers.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile principles, client relationship management, and software development methodologies.

• Capability to manage multiple assignments while demonstrating excellent prioritization skills.

• Aptitude for quickly understanding and addressing complex business challenges.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation and workshop facilitation.

• Strong business acumen, technical knowledge, and executive presence.

• Outstanding planning and organizational abilities with the skill to prioritize and negotiate effectively.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new projects with minimal oversight.
