Product Manager – Fast Track

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of FastTrack's vision and roadmap across various releases.

• Define tradeoffs in the roadmap and link capabilities to specific delivery outcomes.

• Deliver core features from start to finish, encompassing transcript-to-requirements generation, automated data modeling, interactive demo builds, platform automation, and automated test execution.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, and Salesforce practice leaders to standardize AI workflows.

• Package successful workflows into repeatable solutions.

• Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, PRDs, user stories, and release cycles.

• Drive post-launch adoption on an account-by-account basis.

• Utilize feedback from Offprem consultants and delivery leads to enhance the internal product.

• Assist in expediting Salesforce cloud implementations for clients using the FastTrack platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of AI capabilities, prompt logic, and agentic workflows.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Product Clouds, including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Core CRM.

• Familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycles.

• Over 3 years of Agile product management experience focusing on internal tools, B2B SaaS, or low-code platforms.

• Proven ability to translate user or consultant challenges into technical specifications and scalable features.

• Exceptional skills in cross-functional communication and data-driven prioritization.

• Salesforce certifications will be verified during the application process.

• Candidates may need to confirm technical knowledge, experience, education, and certifications through structured assessments and credential verification before hiring.
