Product Manager – Enterprise Imaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, business case, and roadmap for the Enterprise Imaging Diagnostic Suite portfolio.

• Act as the primary business owner for assigned products, including determining investment priorities, feature prioritization, scope decisions, and release content.

• Perform market research and conduct competitive analysis.

• Interact with customers, radiologists, imaging leaders, and clinical stakeholders to convert their needs into product strategy and specifications.

• Lead the definition of requirements, encompassing business requirements, user stories, workflow specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, quality assurance, and regulatory teams.

• Prioritize development initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, strategic importance, business impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations.

• Oversee products throughout their lifecycle from concept and commercialization to launch, adoption, enhancement, and retirement.

• Establish success metrics and track product performance.

• Create recommendations for pricing, packaging, positioning, and value propositions in conjunction with commercial leadership.

• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams on go-to-market strategies, messaging, enablement, and strategic customer engagements.

• Present product strategy, updates on the roadmap, and business cases to executive leadership, customers, partners, and industry audiences.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across engineering, UX, marketing, sales, implementation, support, and customer success.

• Proactively escalate risks and decisions.

• Adhere to DeepHealth policies, procedures, laws, privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, computer science, engineering, clinical sciences, informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Enterprise Imaging, PACS, radiology informatics, or healthcare software (required).

• At least 5 years of product management experience with responsibilities including product strategy, roadmap development, requirements definition, and product lifecycle management (required).

• Proven experience in owning commercial healthcare software products from conception through market release and ongoing enhancement (required).

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering teams utilizing Agile product development methodologies (required).

• Experience in presenting business strategies, roadmap directions, and product value propositions to executive stakeholders and customers (required).

• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Imaging, PACS, RIS, diagnostic workflows, clinical interoperability, and healthcare informatics (required).

• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, FHIR, cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, and healthcare IT ecosystems (required).

• Strong financial and business acumen, including business case development, ROI analysis, and investment recommendations (required).

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority (required).

• Committed to adhering to data privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards.

• Preferred: An MBA, healthcare informatics, clinical informatics, or related advanced degree.

• Preferred: Experience with enterprise healthcare providers, IDNs, academic medical centers, or imaging organizations.

• Preferred: Experience with AI-enabled workflows, workflow orchestration, advanced visualization, voice recognition, or cloud-native enterprise healthcare platforms.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States or respond to the work sponsorship question.
