This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee product discovery, strategy, and execution for significant aspects of the Enterprise Health occupational health platform.
• Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to identify workflow challenges, unmet needs, regulatory factors, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Cultivate expertise in designated product areas and convert customer, market, and product insights into prioritized initiatives.
• Establish product direction and roadmap priorities that align with customer outcomes, differentiation, and business strategy.
• Assess and implement AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance workflows and product experiences.
• Validate problems and solutions through research, workflow analysis, prototyping, data, and iterative feedback.
• Manage product capabilities comprehensively from discovery to delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to develop scalable, intuitive, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Balance customer needs, usability, scalability, regulatory requirements, technical considerations, and business value.
• Coordinate with Product Managers to oversee dependencies and ensure cohesive platform experiences.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Client Success, Sales, and go-to-market teams on product launches, adoption, and customer value realization.
• Define and measure KPIs related to product usage, workflow efficiency, customer value, adoption, and business impact.
• Assist in product positioning, enablement, documentation, and release readiness.
• Contribute to competitive positioning, broader product strategy, portfolio planning, and leadership communication.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software product management.
• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, healthcare technology, or workflow-intensive product environments.
• Proven experience managing complex product capabilities or workflows from start to finish.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong skills in product discovery and problem framing.
• Ability to develop expertise in intricate customer workflows and translate them into product strategies and solutions.
• Capacity to prioritize based on customer impact, strategic alignment, differentiation, business value, and ROI.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise workflows and systems.
• Ability to simplify complex problems without neglecting customer requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and an outcome-oriented approach to product management.
• Excellent communication and alignment skills with stakeholders.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and evolving product environments.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify practical workflow applications.
• High emotional intelligence, sense of ownership, and a proactive mindset.
• Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing, Agile/Scrum, healthcare IT, or related fields are advantageous.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare IT, EHRs, occupational health, regulated enterprise software, medical surveillance, workplace injury management, case management, absence management, compliance, reporting, analytics, configurable enterprise software, legacy modernization, AI-enabled tools, or enterprise SaaS adoption.
