Product Manager, Ecosystem Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Define and guide the alignment and integration of Reader Business Unit platforms with internal systems and surrounding ecosystems.

• Create business cases for investments in new platforms or integrations.

• Incorporate integration, interoperability, reuse, and ecosystem requirements into the future definitions of platforms.

• Collaborate with product managers, platform architects, and engineering teams to establish integration principles, standards, and priorities.

• Partner with Global Engineering leadership on decisions regarding architecture, integration frameworks, and platform priorities.

• Establish requirements and shared roadmap priorities across platforms.

• Promote the reuse of common components, services, and integration frameworks.

• Develop models for interactions between devices, firmware, SDKs, APIs, and cloud services.

• Ensure a consistent and scalable experience for developers and integration processes.

• Define integration strategies with external ecosystems, partners, and enterprise architectures.

• Coordinate integration topics and dependencies across different products and Business Units.

• Formulate monetization strategies for APIs, services, and participation in the ecosystem.

• Actively participate in industry standards organizations and alliances.

• Keep track of technology trends, competitive ecosystems, and emerging integration models.

• Collect feedback from customers, partners, and the field to identify gaps in integration.

• Oversee integration capabilities from conception through to delivery and ongoing improvement.

• Assist in go-to-market initiatives through positioning, messaging, and enablement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with RFID, identification technologies, or related fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Significant experience in system integration, APIs, SDKs, or platform-based product environments.

• Familiarity with enterprise architectures, IoT ecosystems, and multi-product platform environments.

• Knowledge of device security, credential management, secure elements, and authentication frameworks.

• Understanding of PKI, key management, or IoT security models is highly desirable.

• Experience contributing to or working with industry standards and ecosystem alliances is preferred.

• Proven ability to influence global, cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Comfortable engaging at both strategic and detailed technical levels.

• Experience in agile development settings; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
