This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete documentation ecosystem: in-product Help, implementation guides, support runbooks, and release notes.
• Determine what content should be documented, revised, or phased out.
• Construct information architecture based on customer queries and pain points.
• Define and manage documentation performance metrics.
• Design and develop an AI-enhanced documentation pipeline utilizing tickets, pull requests, release artifacts, and recorded demonstrations.
• Establish evaluation processes to identify inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
• Automate processes for change detection, terminology and style adherence, screenshot capture, and publishing.
• Oversee and advance the MadCap Flare and repository-based documentation toolchain.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create a definition of done that captures feature behavior.
• Develop terminology and style guidelines across four ERP platforms.
• Create documentation change detection and revalidation processes while managing the service level agreement (SLA).
• Acquire product knowledge through hands-on experience.
• Author migration guides, error taxonomies, and documentation on integration behavior.
• Over 5 years of experience owning outcomes rather than merely managing queues: including roles in product management, implementation or solutions consulting, technical program management, support engineering, developer experience, technical enablement, or similar fields.
• Proficient with Git, comfortable using a command line, and able to navigate a codebase that they did not create.
• Practical experience in delivering tangible products with a large language model (LLM), including evaluating its output and identifying errors.
• Direct experience with customers through implementation, support escalation, solution consulting, professional services, or training.
• Capability to learn a complex product independently and understand learning challenges.
• Proven track record of influencing product managers and engineers without direct management authority.
• Comfortable with prioritizing tasks and making decisions to decline requests when necessary.
