Product Manager, Document Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the vision and roadmap for document management products.

• Discover opportunities to enhance the experiences of Merchants and Partners, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

• Convert product strategy into prioritized requirements, business cases, and deliverables based on customer and business impact.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to implement scalable solutions and achieve successful product launches.

• Conduct Voice of Customer research and act as the subject matter expert for document management products and their functionalities.

• Manage strategic partnerships with third-party document management providers.

• Serve as the main point of contact for third-party document management vendors, assessing solution enhancements and releases and influencing product roadmaps through continuous feedback and collaboration.

• Work alongside dedicated engineering and operations teams responsible for onboarding, implementation, training, and operationalizing document management solutions.

• Provide prioritization for strategic initiatives and user-facing roadmaps to communicate essential priorities with Product and Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience with a proven record of delivering products throughout the entire lifecycle, including platform migrations, system consolidations, and M&A integrations.

• Proficiency in product strategy, roadmap development, Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe), and converting business, legal, and compliance requirements into product solutions.

• Practical experience with DocuSign (eSignature, CLM, or similar), encompassing administration, workflow design, and environment consolidation.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects across various business units and matrixed organizations while balancing competing stakeholder priorities.

• Strong technical proficiency with experience in software/web technologies and enterprise integrations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms).

• Experience in creating streamlined, user-focused experiences and managing relationships with third-party vendors.

• BS/MS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future immigration sponsorship.
