Product Manager, DevTools, AI Reliability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the SVP of Product Engineering to shape the company's and product's strategic direction.

• Establish Checkly’s vision and market positioning in the realms of AI testing, monitoring, and observability.

• Articulate Checkly’s viewpoint on reliability for AI-native software.

• Drive initiatives that span across Product Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Act as Checkly's representative to customers and within developer communities.

• Comprehend the challenges faced by customers in DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering.

• Integrate AI into product development where suitable.

• Enable developers and designers to effectively address customer challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software development; preferred candidates include former engineers, founders, or solutions engineers.

• Strong reasoning skills regarding APIs, MCPs, CLIs, and system architectures.

• Background in a startup environment.

• Experience in building technical products, particularly developer tools.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to prototype with AI tools and evaluate technical feasibility.

• Availability within UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones.

• Willingness to travel to European countries without delay for visa appointments.
