Product Manager – Core Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Home and core surfaces that enable customers to monitor their financial progress, comprehend subsequent steps, and maintain motivation.

• Establish a cohesive engagement model across shared product surfaces.

• Cultivate an understanding of evolving customer needs throughout their financial journey.

• Identify experiences that facilitate continued customer progress.

• Oversee product initiatives from inception and strategy through to delivery, measurement, and refinement.

• Shape experiences for partner teams across shared surfaces.

• Lead cross-functional teams that include design, engineering, data, legal and compliance, and marketing.

• Deliver and iterate on experiences that enhance engagement and retention.

• Design and conduct experiments to validate assumptions and pinpoint improvements for long-term engagement.

• Leverage insights from experiments to further retention objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product management.

• Proven history of crafting consumer experiences that foster repeat engagement and strengthen customer relationships.

• Authentic empathy and curiosity regarding what drives individuals to cultivate and maintain healthy financial habits.

• Capability to make informed decisions in the face of uncertainty and to act swiftly while upholding high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

• Demonstrated analytical rigor, including the ability to select relevant metrics and conduct in-depth performance analyses.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to comprehend the systems behind product features.

• Practical experience with AI tools for prototyping, scenario testing, and synthesizing research.

• Exceptional drive and attention to detail in execution.
