This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a member of Remote’s Product team focused on Contractor Management.

• Take ownership of the complete experience, integrating both human-driven and software-powered services.

• Independently lead intricate solutions while managing internal expectations for multifaceted projects, products, and features.

• Create a strategic roadmap for the product area.

• Translate strategic plans into specific near- and mid-term objectives.

• Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with departmental and company challenges.

• Act as the subject matter expert within the product area.

• Assist in scaling and growth initiatives.

• Implement enhancements swiftly and iteratively with minimal solutions.

• Lead and support a high-efficiency, high-ROI product team.

• Comprehend business KPIs and align team metrics to enhance them.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to tackle complex issues.

• Share product methodologies, processes, and insights throughout the Product organization.

• Effectively communicate and advocate for the team’s efforts to customers and internal stakeholders.

• Work asynchronously and maintain transparency.

• Engage in both tactical and strategic decision-making.

• Cultivate expertise in complex business challenges related to mobile experiences.

• Report directly to the Group Product Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a product manager, preferably in a high-growth environment.

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code or similar tools.

• Capability to independently build, debug, and deploy functional prototypes or minor code adjustments using AI tools.

• Strong strategic and tactical judgment related to products.

• Proven track record of self-driven results that positively influenced product direction.

• Enthusiasm for developing seamless and effective products.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across various departments.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in a remote work setting is an advantage.
