This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DDoS Protection along with the connectivity portfolio, which includes IP Transit, Wave, and Ethernet Private Line.
• Identify target segments and articulate value propositions for ISPs, carriers, content providers, gaming companies, enterprises, and other clientele.
• Prioritize features and initiatives by evaluating customer impact, revenue potential, and operational feasibility.
• Stay informed about the DDoS threat landscape and connectivity market trends in Latin America.
• Perform competitive analysis against regional carriers, global transit providers, and cloud-based scrubbing services.
• Collect customer feedback and transform it into actionable product requirements.
• Establish product tiers, packaging, pricing, and DDoS Protection bundling with IP Transit.
• Develop business cases and monitor margins, partner costs, and network capacity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on launches, sales enablement, battlecards, datasheets, and customer-facing documentation.
• Act as the product expert in strategic pre-sales support.
• Draft product requirements and coordinate with Network Engineering, NOC/SOC, and Cloud teams for delivery.
• Specify onboarding and activation processes, mitigation policies, and visibility in the customer portal.
• Align with Finance and Operations on billing, SLAs, and service definitions.
• Manage relationships with technology partners, ensuring roadmap alignment, phased rollouts, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption rates, IP Transit attach rates, revenue, margins, churn, mitigation SLA performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Report product performance to leadership and refine the roadmap based on performance data.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from launch through enhancements and eventual retirement.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Over 5 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years in product management.
• Demonstrated experience in owning a B2B network/security product from inception to completion, including roadmap development, pricing, and launch phases.
• Strong comprehension of IP networking concepts such as BGP, IP Transit, peering, routing, IPv4/IPv6, and ISP/carrier operations.
• Familiarity with different DDoS attack types including volumetric, protocol, and application layer attacks.
• Understanding of DDoS mitigation strategies such as scrubbing, blackholing, FlowSpec, and the differences between always-on and on-demand solutions.
• Proven track record in defining pricing, packaging, and business cases for B2B infrastructure or SaaS offerings.
• Experience in closely collaborating with Sales and Engineering teams to launch products and promote adoption.
