Product Manager, CCE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical customer support.

• Facilitate regular coordination and offer technical assistance to key clients.

• Manage and address customer inquiries efficiently.

• Act as the initial point of contact for customer requests and grievances.

• Keep track of customer-specific action items.

• Collaborate frequently with the operational Customer Service team.

• Create tailored after-sales proposals for customers.

• Actively promote product upgrades and spare-parts bundles.

• Coordinate on discontinued parts both internally and externally, including final orders.

• Routinely assess products in comparison to competitors.

• Supply sales materials for quotes and client presentations.

• Define product requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare specifications.

• Establish and manage recommended spare-parts lists, spare-parts strategies, and maintenance plans.

• Analyze customer feedback and suggest enhancements to products.

• Develop training and user concepts in compliance with aviation regulations.

• Prepare the foundation for product costing.

• Produce newsletters and customer feedback surveys.

• Attend customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and partners.

• Offer sales support for quotes that encompass complete equipment packages and public tenders.

• Assist with customer workshops.

• Compile analyses and reports.

• Technical training paired with a strong grasp of business administration.

• Proven experience in customer service and product management.

• Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented approach.

• Customer-centric, team-oriented, and approachable demeanor.

• Fluent in both German and English in a business context.

• Desirable industry-specific product knowledge in aviation.

• Experience in aviation technology is considered advantageous.
