Product Manager, Billing & Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for Billing & Collections.

• Make informed trade-offs among customer value, revenue, risk, and engineering complexity.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends through operator feedback, competitive analysis, and product data.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and GTM teams.

• Lead enhancements in subscriptions, recurring payments, invoicing, dunning, notifications, payment recovery, and automation.

• Establish product metrics and leverage experimentation and analytics to inform decision-making.

• Assess the impact on payment success, involuntary churn, recovery, adoption, and cost efficiency.

• Provide dependable billing and collections experiences for gym operators and their members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• Proven history of managing complex products from strategy through to launch.

• Background in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, commerce, or a closely related field.

• Strong customer empathy paired with solid business judgment and analytical skills.

• Capability to transform ambiguous challenges into clear product initiatives and measurable results.

• Experience in cross-functional leadership with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with subscription billing, dunning or payment recovery, payment routing, risk/fraud, API-based platforms, or data/AI-driven product features is particularly advantageous.
