Product Manager – B2B SaaS, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead the product development process from identifying customer issues to making product decisions and creating detailed specifications and prototypes.

• Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to guarantee the successful launch of products.

• Craft highly detailed, engineering-ready specifications that encompass edge cases, potential failure states, data constraints, integrations, and acceptance criteria.

• Quickly prototype using tools like Figma, Claude, Lovable, or similar applications.

• Analyze and interpret API documentation, and understand data models, integrations, OAuth, webhooks, and system limitations.

• Perform personal quality assurance on delivered features and products.

• Directly interact with customers to collect feedback, address challenges, and make informed prioritization choices.

• Challenge stakeholders, including founders and executives, with logical arguments to maintain product integrity and focus.

• Close open feedback loops rather than letting them stagnate in a backlog.

• Spearhead product initiatives in fast-paced startup environments with limited resources.

• Identify product enhancement opportunities based on customer behaviors, adoption rates, revenue, retention, and efficiency metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–8 years of direct product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or similar domains.

• Proven track record of delivering products from conception to market, emphasizing measurable outcomes.

• Expertise in drafting detailed specifications and QA processes.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Claude, or comparable software.

• Technical proficiency in interpreting API documentation and comprehending system integrations.

• Excellent communication skills to convey product vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Capability to manage customer relationships and feedback proficiently.

• Background in fast-paced startups, specifically in positions with product area ownership.

• Knowledge of AI agents, healthcare software, EHR/PMS/RCM, and related technologies is highly desirable.

• Outstanding prioritization and decision-making abilities in product development settings.

• Skill in processing complex customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights.

• Experience in AI and LLM product development.

• Understanding of scheduling, voice/telephony, and desktop/mobile products.

• Prior roles that demanded significant problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Awareness of customer success metrics and how to influence them.

• Experience with integrations and third-party tools.
