This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the VP of Product to transform strategy, ideas, and market insights into product visions, wireframes, and scalable SaaS applications.

• Maintain comprehensive ownership of application features from discovery and functional design through to build, launch, and post-release iterations.

• Utilize Generative AI and automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, automated workflows, and AI wireframing to enhance specifications, content generation, competitive analysis, and user stories.

• Apply automotive retail knowledge to foresee user challenges and design workflows for both shoppers and dealers.

• Work alongside engineering leads, engineering managers, and UX/UI designers to ensure alignment between technical builds and product vision.

• Engage with dealership partners, account management, and industry stakeholders to identify needs, test concepts, and refine the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, practical knowledge of retail automotive operations, dealership business models, automotive marketing, or car buyer workflows.

• Proven experience as a product creator dedicated to addressing core user challenges, driving adoption, and developing applications.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using modern AI tools to enhance workflows, create documentation, draft user-facing content, or develop light automations.

• Strong capability to sketch workflows, develop concepts, articulate clear feature stories, and collaborate effectively with UX engineers.

• Experience collaborating directly with product executives and managing complex initiatives independently.

• Previous exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks is advantageous, though can be taught to candidates with exceptional domain expertise and a strong product builder mindset.
