Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Engage in the design and development of captivating, challenging, and enjoyable levels that sustain player interest and advancement.

• Create and refine game mechanics and features that enrich the core gameplay experience.

• Evaluate player behavior, game metrics, and feedback to uncover areas for enhancement.

• Work collaboratively with engineers and artists to realize level designs and features.

• Organize, execute, and oversee A/B tests to validate design choices and optimize the player experience.

• Adjust game difficulty curves to ensure an appropriate level of challenge and retention across all stages.

• Remain informed about the hybrid-casual and puzzle game market, studying competitor titles and emerging trends.

• Conduct testing and playtesting of levels and features to guarantee quality and enjoyment.

• Contribute to the product roadmap and strategic vision.

• Operate iteratively, rapidly prototyping concepts and integrating feedback from the team and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of professional experience in game design, product specialist, or a related role within the mobile gaming sector.

• A strong enthusiasm for mobile puzzle and hybrid-casual games, along with a profound understanding of what makes them captivating and successful.

• An analytical mindset that enables the interpretation of data, identification of trends, and making data-driven design choices.

• Knowledge of player psychology and the factors that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction in puzzle games.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey design concepts to cross-functional teams.

• An iterative approach with the capacity to swiftly test, learn, and refine designs based on feedback.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience with Unity or other game development tools, familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, and a history of successfully launching mobile games (bonus).

• Located in a European time zone within +/- 3 hours of CET, or willingness to relocate (application question).
