Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist the Senior Product Manager in conducting research, preparing for meetings, documenting product requirements, and ensuring follow-ups

• Collect customer insights, analyze market dynamics, and pinpoint opportunities for product and AI enhancements

• Create user stories, define requirements, and establish acceptance criteria for product features and improvements

• Manage Jira tickets, track project statuses, dependencies, and actionable items

• Monitor progress proactively and address any obstacles

• Work in collaboration with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Support to ensure timely product delivery

• Assist in testing, preparing for releases, documenting processes, and exploring AI agents, MCP servers, intelligent search, and workflow automation

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, or a similar technology role

• Conceptual knowledge of AI/ML, including large language models (LLMs), semantic search, AI agents, MCP servers, and APIs

• Proficiency in using generative AI tools to enhance research, documentation, and productivity

• Exceptional organizational, communication, analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail

• Strong initiative, accountability, and the ability to independently drive tasks to successful completion

• Preferred: Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Agile development, or software testing

• Preferred: Familiarity with MCP, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI integrations, and recommendation technologies
