Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the representative voice of both the customer and the business throughout the development process.

• Convert product vision and strategy into practical user stories and requirements.

• Clearly define and communicate the product roadmap and priorities to internal teams.

• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog by prioritizing features, bugs, and technical debt.

• Craft detailed and precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.

• Work alongside business units, sales, marketing, and support teams to collect feedback and identify needs.

• Regularly inform stakeholders about progress, timelines, and any changes to the project scope.

• Engage in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

• Make informed decisions regarding scope and prioritization to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure that the delivered product satisfies both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Travel may be required approximately 10-15% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within an Agile environment.

• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is preferred.

• A background in software development, UX, or QA is preferred.

• Experience in B2B software environments or the automotive industry is preferred.

• Experience utilizing AI to create tools, prototypes, or automations that enhance efficiency and can be shared across a team is preferred.
