πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the representative voice of both the customer and the business throughout the development process.

β€’ Convert product vision and strategy into practical user stories and requirements.

β€’ Clearly define and communicate the product roadmap and priorities to internal teams.

β€’ Take ownership of and manage the product backlog by prioritizing features, bugs, and technical debt.

β€’ Craft detailed and precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.

β€’ Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.

β€’ Work alongside business units, sales, marketing, and support teams to collect feedback and identify needs.

β€’ Regularly inform stakeholders about progress, timelines, and any changes to the project scope.

β€’ Engage in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

β€’ Make informed decisions regarding scope and prioritization to ensure timely delivery.

β€’ Ensure that the delivered product satisfies both functional and non-functional requirements.

β€’ Travel may be required approximately 10-15% of the time.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within an Agile environment.

β€’ Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

β€’ Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

β€’ Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

β€’ Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is preferred.

β€’ A background in software development, UX, or QA is preferred.

β€’ Experience in B2B software environments or the automotive industry is preferred.

β€’ Experience utilizing AI to create tools, prototypes, or automations that enhance efficiency and can be shared across a team is preferred.
