This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a strategic initiative aimed at automating the design processes for renewables substations and battery energy storage systems.
• Establish and implement agile automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal business experts, operational teams, external consultants, and technology partners.
• Develop a strategic roadmap and execute modular automation projects utilizing web applications, design authoring software, and supporting tools.
• Convert business requirements and customer insights into actionable products and well-defined product specifications.
• Oversee the product lifecycle while defining the strategic vision and roadmap for the product.
• Identify and articulate technical challenges and opportunities through research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage the 6-to-12-month product roadmap.
• Transform product strategy into detailed requirements and actionable plans.
• Construct business cases linked to quantifiable objectives.
• Define and validate MVPs, prototypes, and pilot solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist delivery teams by clarifying requirements and making prioritization decisions.
• Review and approve completed user stories.
• Coordinate and communicate product releases effectively.
• Maintain product requirement documentation, customer journey maps, voice-of-customer analyses, product analytics, and business impact dashboards.
• Align cross-functional teams with the product vision.
• Manage relationships and expectations of stakeholders.
• Foster team morale and focus amidst changing priorities.
• Advocate for technology adoption and process enhancements.
• Drive product adoption through effective change planning, communication, and enablement initiatives.
• Monitor ROI, adoption rates, business impacts, KPIs, and overall product performance.
• Integrate market, competitive, and industry insights into product strategy.
• Conduct research involving users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business services teams and cross-functional partners.
• Support product demonstrations, presentations, messaging, and client interactions.
• Clearly articulate product value propositions.
• Cultivate innovation, collaboration, accountability, and ongoing learning within the product team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be taken into account.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in design-related disciplines.
• Preferred hands-on experience in automation, digital design, or BIM.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and workstreams while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Strong skills in project planning and execution.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in primary design authoring and supporting software platforms is essential.
• Familiarity with web applications is preferred.
• Knowledge of data structures, including AI architecture, SQL, APIs, and data pipelines is advantageous.
• Willingness to embrace innovation and the ability to utilize evolving technology and AI tools.
