Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee various products and opportunities concurrently.

• Establish product strategies, priorities, and roadmaps that reflect customer value, business impact, and empirical evidence.

• Develop and validate innovative concepts from hypothesis and demand validation through MVP/POC to large-scale development.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle in collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.

• Build, test, and iterate swiftly, determining when to scale, pivot, or halt initiatives.

• Interact directly with customers and utilize behavioral data, market insights, and demand signals to pinpoint issues and confirm opportunities.

• Create product briefs that convert customer challenges into requirements, assumptions, success metrics, and trade-offs.

• Utilize AI tools and agents for research, analysis, prototyping, validation, and iteration.

• Effectively communicate product direction, decisions, progress, and risks to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with customers and partners to shape opportunities and impact broader product strategy.

• Foster innovation in Web3 through products and opportunities within the Tezos ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Manager in a fast-growing tech company (preferably with blockchain experience).

• Proven track record of creating and driving a product-centered vision.

• Ability to lead discussions with leadership, customers, and partners effectively.

• Proficient in using AI coding/agent tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar technologies.

• Technical and engineering fluency adequate to read and comprehend code, evaluate feasibility and trade-offs, and collaborate with engineering teams.

• Enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency sector and awareness of market trends and advancements.

• Strong grasp of design best practices.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• Willingness to work from the specified remote location.
