Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Metals.io product roadmap by establishing the vision, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring successful delivery.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and experimentation for growth.

• Serve as the customer advocate by conducting user segmentation and research.

• Convert behavioral insights into a technical roadmap.

• Establish key performance indicators and conduct experiments to measure engagement, retention, and market share.

• Articulate product rationale and requirements clearly to the engineering and design teams.

• Challenge teams when there is a lack of alignment.

• Present technical decisions in business language suitable for senior leadership.

• Keep an eye on regulatory constraints while ensuring product engagement evolves along the roadmap.

• Develop product features such as vaults, perpetual contracts, and borrowing options.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager at a high-volume trading platform, centralized exchange, or real-world asset marketplace.

• Full ownership of a significant feature set or product from inception to completion (0–1+).

• Strong commercial insight and business acumen.

• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, managing go-to-market initiatives, and conducting growth experiments.

• Background in customer segmentation, user research, and roadmap prioritization.

• Eagerness and ability to learn quickly.

• Must be located in a European or Middle Eastern time zone (UK, EU, or Dubai with flexible working hours).
