Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of specific features within a product area and collaborate with a Senior Product Manager while gaining insights into the business.

• Collaborate with the manager to prioritize features based on client requirements, product insights, and commercial objectives.

• Review regulations, API documentation, and operational processes to establish a stance prior to Legal and Compliance review.

• Create comprehensive specifications that outline the client journey, business rules, data requirements, integrations, and acceptance criteria.

• Drive decisions through to delivery, coordinating with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.

• Guide features through testing and launch phases, subsequently monitoring performance, collecting client feedback, analyzing metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in launching a product or a set of features that you can discuss in detail, including challenges faced such as rounding rules, time zone issues, incorrect rules, or API changes.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to read documentation, track data flow, and engage in discussions about system behavior with engineers.

• Ability to analyze your own metrics: you can query the data independently and clarify every figure you reference.

• Proven regular utilization of AI in product development, including adherence to best practices.
