This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Report directly to the Director of Marketing.
• Formulate and implement strategic brand plans and engagement initiatives for Tolmar products.
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and external partners.
• Assess market research requirements to influence prescribing practices.
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and customer targets through competitive analysis, positioning, and assessments of marketing strategies.
• Synthesize information and data across various functions and regions to generate actionable business insights.
• Evaluate product performance against key performance indicators and modify plans accordingly.
• Create tactical plans and establish key performance indicators for brands.
• Identify effective marketing communication channels.
• Develop, edit, proofread, revise, and oversee the approval process for training and promotional materials, including MLP or PAAB processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates.
• Distribute promotional materials to representatives.
• Deliver presentations during POA sessions to the field organization.
• Attend and represent the company at conferences and community events.
• Manage expense budgets, prepare sales forecasts, and ensure consistency in practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and Tolmar standards and policies.
• Report any potential adverse events, safety information, and product complaints to Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector is preferred.
• Ability to grasp technical and scientific product information quickly.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated strategic mindset.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects both within and outside the organization.
• For Product Manager level: a minimum of 2 years of progressive marketing experience is required.
• Experience in Urology and Oncology is advantageous.
• Fluency in both French and English is preferred.
• Experience in a startup environment or as part of an expanding sales force is preferred.
• This position is based in Quebec or Ontario.
• Up to 25% travel is required.
