Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the product throughout its entire lifecycle – from discovery and problem definition to implementation and evaluation of business outcomes.

• Managing the product roadmap while considering business value, user needs, and technical capabilities.

• Collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and business teams to execute product initiatives.

• Defining KPIs, prioritizing the backlog, and making decisions based on data and experiment results.

• Fostering a shared understanding of product goals and effectively communicating with stakeholders at various organizational levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of several years of experience in managing digital products and achieving medium-term strategic objectives (6–12 months).

• Ability to define product problems and measurable business outcomes.

• Practical understanding of Machine Learning-based products and collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams.

• Experience in managing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on KPIs and business value.

• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with management and executive staff.

• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance the discovery process, analysis, and product decision-making.
