This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and coordinate release projects for new products and features, from initial concept through UX enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
• Create go-to-market strategies and initiatives in partnership with the executive team, Marketing, and Sales.
• Monitor product and feature adoption post-launch and identify areas for improvement.
• Enhance customer communication channels and continuously collect feedback.
• Aggregate customer insights and disseminate them to the entire team.
• Keep track of market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Aid in shaping product strategy and the development of the roadmap.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role.
• Preferably, experience in a B2B SaaS setting.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of accountability.
• Capability to structure and organize projects with multiple stakeholders from inception to completion, while managing timelines, scope, and dependencies.
• Initial experience in launching products or features in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Strong customer-centric approach and experience in systematically gathering and analyzing extensive customer feedback.
• Proficient in product and web analytics, including the development and rapid testing of hypotheses and initiatives.
• Experience in fully remote work environments, with excellent self-management, clear communication, and effective updates for synchronous and asynchronous stakeholders.
• Fluent in English for communication in an international context.
