Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product roadmap for automating manual document-processing tasks.

• Lead the automation initiatives for text extraction, data masking, and fraud/forgery detection.

• Discover applications for computer vision, OCR, LLMs, and AI agents to organize unstructured document data.

• Serve as the main technical liaison for Customer Success Managers and the Sales team.

• Assess requirements, determine technical feasibility, and convert needs into specifications for ML and backend engineers.

• Assist with audits and certifications in accordance with regulations and client standards.

• Manage prioritization, sprint execution, and delivery of production.

• Define, monitor, and enhance automation rates, precision, recall, and processing latency using SQL and internal data tools.

• Validate and test product behavior, extraction accuracy, and workflows for edge cases.

• Collaborate with ML and backend engineers to achieve high-throughput backend automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in Product Management or Technical Product Management positions.

• Strong background, ideally as a former Software Developer, QA Engineer, or L3 Technical Specialist who has transitioned into Product Management.

• Comprehensive understanding of API architectures, microservices, automation frameworks, and backend data processing pipelines.

• Practical knowledge of computer vision, OCR, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

• Experience in replacing manual human tasks with automated software solutions, preferably within FinTech, RegTech, Logistics, or other data-intensive sectors.

• Proficient in writing SQL queries to assess system accuracy, identify edge cases, and evaluate performance metrics.

• Capability to work independently in a streamlined, fast-paced environment.

• Skill in articulating complex technical trade-offs in a structured, client-friendly manner.

• Proficient in English.

• Direct experience in document processing, KYC/AML workflows, or fraud detection systems is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience applying LLMs/agents for unstructured data extraction is a plus.

• A background in Software Development is a significant advantage.
