Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from inception to conclusion.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customers, their challenges, the product, and the business environment.

• Collaborate effectively with business, engineering, and design teams.

• Create value for both customers and the business by executing the full product development process.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that deliveries align with Stone’s goals.

• Establish and prioritize the product roadmap in line with the company's strategic vision.

• Gain insights into customers, their issues, and opportunities to connect them with the products.

• Utilize discovery methods such as user research, insight mapping, market trend analysis, benchmarking, competitive analysis, business cases, personas, customer journey mapping, problem statements, and Value Proposition Canvas.

• Define, test, and explore solutions.

• Tackle complex and ambiguous challenges, collaborating across departments and teams to develop scalable and sustainable solutions.

• Ensure that detailed specifications are supplied for development.

• Track product development, launch, and performance through metrics, KPIs, and data analysis.

• Manage prioritization, backlog, and ongoing value delivery.

• Align with stakeholders regarding progress, issues, opportunities, and results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience working with data.

• Familiarity with registrars and registration systems.

• Background in credit guarantees, specifically related to card receivables.
