Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist with technical-related escalations.

• Aid in the development of new features.

• Oversee and enhance existing processes.

• Collaborate with leadership to devise solutions for features and enhancements.

• Establish product requirements and work alongside designers, engineers, and quality assurance teams.

• Determine project scope and timelines, while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the development process.

• Create documentation, training materials, and case studies pertaining to the product.

• Conduct minimum acceptance testing for new features and functionalities.

• Address escalated support incidents.

• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the business, workflows, products, and systems interfacing with Geneva.

• Actively contribute to enhancing the development process.
