Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Define and develop the digital roadmap for products utilized by millions of users globally on a daily basis.

• Set clear and measurable objectives through generative research to design engaging products.

• Supervise product strategy and collaborate with development teams.

• Lead collaborative planning efforts and prioritize tasks in accordance with team capacity and capabilities.

• Ensure preparedness of the business for new product launches.

• Manage project scope from initiation to completion, ensuring effective and cost-efficient delivery.

• Align product development objectives and initiatives with the company's OKRs.

• Assess product opportunities and direct customer research and analysis efforts.

• Investigate competitors, market trends, industry developments, policies, and regulatory changes.

• Define and convey the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and progress to stakeholders.

• Translate product opportunities into precise, specific, and measurable requirements.

• Coordinate dependencies with Delivery Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers.

• Develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning in collaboration with marketing.

• Define and monitor product performance metrics, analyzing feedback.

• Provide training and mentorship to team members.

• Experience in making data-driven product decisions through user research and testing.

• Proven track record of iterating and enhancing products based on user feedback and performance metrics.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Ability to influence in a fast-paced, distributed environment and lead cross-functional planning and problem-solving, especially with engineering and design teams.

• Experience in defining and tracking OKRs or a similar goal-setting framework.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in communicating clearly and effectively in English.

• Experience in achieving product-market fit in emerging markets.
