Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and prioritize the product backlog to enhance business value.

• Convert client requirements into precise, actionable specifications.

• Gather stakeholder insights and feedback to guide product choices.

• Collaborate with the development team to ensure functional goals align with technical feasibility.

• Manage interdependencies and facilitate consistent delivery.

• Establish the product vision and roadmap.

• Conduct both external and internal research to uncover client requirements, market opportunities, and business priorities.

• Work alongside Operations, Sales, and Product leadership to ensure strategic coherence and obtain approval on significant business decisions.

• Define product outcomes and communicate updates on the roadmap, including risks and dependencies.

• Estimate resource requirements and assign capacity accordingly.

• Specify business and functional requirements and gather necessary inputs.

• Create user stories and acceptance criteria while prioritizing the backlog.

• Relay product strategy, requirements, and priorities to the development teams.

• Coordinate dependencies both within the team and externally.

• Gather, monitor, and report on KPI data.

• Act as the representative for the development team in core delivery, non-functional requirements, maintenance, support, and technical debt initiatives.

• Engage in sprint ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Draft IT and product documentation.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of business processes and internal system configurations.

• Evaluate changes in business processes and their effects on systems.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

• Provide product knowledge and support for release readiness, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

• Travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Relevant licenses as required.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a requirements intake role.

• Strong preference for experience in agile development.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools, along with experience in writing and managing user stories.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Business and technology acumen, including a grasp of customer needs, technical concepts, and business strategy.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Proven leadership and influence capabilities, including people management and negotiation skills.

• Commitment to professional execution and accountability.

• Ability to manage work-related stress and juggle multiple priorities concurrently.
