Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive product ideation and oversee the product development process.

• Track the success of products and features using relevant metrics.

• Lead the team to ensure timely launches of features.

• Manage relationships with multiple clients and partners at the same time.

• Establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap, accompanied by appropriate documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, from management to developers, to grasp their requirements.

• Determine success criteria, identify potential scope creep, and assess product risks.

• Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.

• Work closely with developers and UI/UX designers from the initial concept stage to execution and delivery.

• Take ownership of the product management tool and associated processes.

• Represent customer interests by effectively communicating user needs.

• Offer proactive feedback to ensure modifications are thorough and precise.

• Reassess priorities as necessary while maintaining clear communication.

• Provide daily and weekly updates to Rumor Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.

• At least 2 years of experience in product management.

• Comfortable working in an agency setting and managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Proficient in creating low-fidelity wireframes for documentation purposes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, and Figma.

• Background in product management within product- or service-oriented technology companies.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and processes.

• Ability to manage several projects at the same time.

• Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and critical-thinking capabilities.

• Experience in developing processes and reports to communicate project updates to various stakeholders.
