Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of one or more product areas by defining requirements and setting priorities for product enhancements and new features.

• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to create and sustain the product roadmap.

• Prioritize tasks based on customer needs, strategic objectives, and engineering capabilities.

• Convert customer feedback and feature requests into product specifications and actionable development plans.

• Work alongside engineering and product design teams to scope projects, refine solutions, and oversee development through to launch.

• Manage the product execution process from initial concept to release, including planning, testing, and transitioning from beta to general availability.

• Conduct customer interviews and collect feedback from the Customer Success and Sales teams.

• Analyze product usage, customer workflows, and market trends to guide product decisions and roadmap priorities.

• Contribute to the establishment and enhancement of product development processes as Rentana grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS or data-driven software products.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems and translate them into clear product specifications and development plans.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and oversee product execution.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset paired with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Experience with analytics platforms, pricing software, or other data-intensive applications is a plus.

• Experience in developing products utilized by operators, analysts, or technical business users is a plus.

• Familiarity with the multifamily housing or proptech sectors is an advantage.

• Previous experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment is beneficial.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
