Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product area's roadmap and backlog, determining the team's upcoming tasks.

• Develop a deep understanding of clients and their businesses while keeping an eye on market trends and competitors.

• Recognize significant problems to tackle and validate ideas through data and client feedback.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to formulate solutions and implement them in incremental, valuable steps.

• Define clear objectives for deliverables and evaluate outcomes for both clients and the business.

• Ensure alignment among clients and internal stakeholders by articulating priorities, managing expectations, and proactively addressing risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• Background in B2B software or financial services (particularly lending or funding) is highly advantageous.

• Proven experience in making prioritization decisions, even in situations with incomplete or unclear information, along with the ability to justify those decisions.

• Ability to garner support for your decisions without having formal authority.

• Experience in engaging with customers and translating insights into product decisions.

• Knowledge of how regulation and data privacy impact product development within financial services.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Confidence in engaging with clients, including senior stakeholders.

• Familiarity with working in Agile teams.

• Open to receiving feedback and adaptable to the team’s working style.
