This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for your designated product area, collaborating closely with Product Leadership and fellow Product Managers.
• Clearly outline the problems to be addressed, identify target users, and define the expected business impact in detailed product briefs with established success criteria.
• Convert specific client requests into adaptable, multi-tenant platform features for a wider client audience.
• Develop business cases to guide prioritization decisions, clearly articulating trade-offs and sequencing based on supporting data.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define and implement data- and AI-driven functionalities.
• Track adoption rates, time-to-value, and client retention indicators; make improvements post-launch as needed.
• Work alongside the Product Owner and engineering teams to refine requirements and ensure effective execution, including managing backlog and delivery details.
• Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including sales, account management, implementation, support, and clients.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market initiatives and integrate customer feedback through beta testing, discovery, and validation processes.
• Utilize AI tools for synthesizing research, conducting competitive analysis, exploring data, and drafting documents.
• Factor regulatory and compliance considerations into product decision-making processes.
• 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager or equivalent role, with a proven track record of delivering software products in conjunction with engineering teams.
• Familiarity or expertise in fintech, or within a highly regulated, compliance-focused, or otherwise risk-sensitive sector.
• Experience contributing to strategy, prioritization, and delivery, demonstrating increasing ownership over time.
• Proficient in working with data-driven products and closely partnering with technical teams, including data science and engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in using data to inform, justify, and reassess decisions.
• Ability to clearly communicate recommendations and build consensus with cross-functional partners using data and logical reasoning.
• Exceptional presentation and verbal/written communication skills, with the ability to adapt content and style for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and clients.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of making progress independently in a fast-paced environment, while actively seeking input and feedback from leadership and peers.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline product development workflows.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the fraud and disputes domain, including consumer financial products and chargeback/dispute resolution processes.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience contributing to AI-driven or data-intensive products.
