Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the gathering of requirements and the design of solutions for small to medium client projects.

• Offer subject matter expertise to both internal teams and external stakeholders regarding product features, usage, and benefits.

• Assist the VP of Product with larger and more intricate requirements and the development of strategically important solutions.

• Oversee business validation testing for new features that are part of monthly product releases.

• Manage the complete execution of test plans for General Availability releases, occurring every four months.

• Create business documentation and materials for knowledge transfer for both internal and external feature launches.

• Maintain and oversee the internal knowledge base, which includes documentation for knowledge transfer, standard product delivery templates, and sessions for internal release demos and knowledge transfer.

• Manage and update external user standard product documentation with each General Availability release.

• Facilitate the successful release and adoption of new features and updates by internal teams and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the CPG trade promotion and revenue growth management sector.

• Previous experience in TPM/TPO solutions is required.

• Required business domain knowledge in the CPG industry.

• Valued experience in relationship management and collaboration with cross-functional teams for solution development.

• Familiarity with AI platforms and their applications is advantageous.

• Product Management experience is preferred, although not mandatory.

• Experience with Atlassian (Jira) and Salesforce software solutions is preferred but not essential.
