Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Contribute to ProductWind’s Enterprise SAAS platform utilized by major brands for product launches.

• Engage with ProductWind’s mobile application aimed at creators participating in campaigns and connecting with clients.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Product and the development team to deliver, test, and transition new features.

• Foster the adoption of completed features through the creation of training tools and comprehensive documentation.

• Work in tandem with product, engineering, design, and other departments to conceive and execute projects.

• Produce detailed written product specifications and UX requirements while honing product knowledge.

• Allocate over 25% of time between Product and Go-to-Market to assist with sales proposals, address product inquiries, and develop data narratives.

• Participate in sales and client meetings for discovery sessions, demonstrations, and renewals.

• Gather customer feedback and convert field insights into actionable platform development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, program management, solutions consulting, or analytics.

• Solid grasp of the product development lifecycle.

• Proficient in working with performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.

• Capable of articulating complex concepts clearly, both in writing and during live discussions.

• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders from enterprise brands.

• Experience in developing Enterprise SAAS products, E-commerce, or Social products.

• Demonstrated ability to manage products or projects from inception to completion.

• Experience collaborating with product, UX, engineering, and sales teams.

• Strong instincts related to product and user experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with excellent communication skills.
