Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap and spearhead projects from conception to launch for a vital segment of Pika’s generative AI creative platform.

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and researchers to transform AI innovations into user-friendly experiences.

• Establish and monitor success metrics utilizing data, feedback, and creative insights.

• Engage with creators and the Pika community to identify their needs.

• Draft clear specifications and galvanize the team.

• Coordinate with various teams to align stakeholders and achieve outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of product management experience in creative technology, consumer platforms, or pioneering startups.

• Demonstrated history of delivering impactful features with minimal oversight.

• Strong product intuition and creative instincts.

• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing clear and concise writing and dialogue.

• Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and creative technology.

• Responsible, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Enjoys cultivating relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.

• Experience with consumer, media-rich, or collaborative creation products is advantageous.

• Background in 0–1 or “blank page” startup settings is a plus.

• Technical fluency or the ability to work closely with engineering teams is a bonus.

• Regular availability to work from the Palo Alto HQ will be evaluated during the application process.

• Work authorization and sponsorship status for employment in the United States will be assessed in the application process.
