Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of ACME product features from initial discovery to final launch.

• Create actionable specifications and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), including consideration of edge cases.

• Engage in customer discovery through interviews, calls, and continuous feedback loops.

• Accurately manage the product ticket backlog.

• Utilize analytics tools to track usage, uncover opportunities, and assess delivered work.

• Prioritize the product roadmap despite competing requests.

• Leverage AI to enhance research synthesis, ticket analysis, PRD drafting, and collaboration with the Engineering team.

• Assess new AI tools and assist in establishing team protocols for AI utilization.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and marketing.

• Familiarize yourself with Peek and Connect&GO products to pinpoint opportunities for cross-brand features.

• Provide leadership with status updates that encompass progress, risks, and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, focusing on discovery, requirements gathering, and cross-functional delivery.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong abilities in work tracking and structuring.

• Comfort in engaging in technical discussions and understanding engineering tradeoffs.

• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to defend prioritization choices.

• Comfortable providing status updates to leadership.

• A user-centered approach to identifying the issues behind tickets.

• A keen interest in the influence of AI on product work.

• Valid Mexican work authorization.
