Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product life cycle from conception through launch and iterative improvements.

• Establish and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, implementation, operations, and marketing teams to produce impactful products.

• Leverage user research, feedback, and data analytics to guide product decisions and improve user experience.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to pinpoint improvement areas and drive product upgrades.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to shape product strategy.

• Create scalable, user-focused solutions that are in line with workforce screening services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR technology fields.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to produce effective products.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with expertise in data analysis tools and techniques.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

• Preferred experience in employment screening or HR-related sectors.

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in product development is desirable.

• Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home that supports focused work.

• Access to a stable and dependable high-speed internet connection is required.

• Sufficient lighting and minimal background noise to facilitate professional video calls and meetings are essential.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally.

• Must be able to work comfortably and effectively in a home environment that meets ergonomic standards.
