Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product line

• Conduct interviews with customers and perform market research to identify needs, validate concepts, and guide product direction

• Collaborate with the VP of Product to ensure alignment with the overarching business strategy

• Establish and convey explicit product requirements, priorities, and metrics for success

• Work alongside engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions that address real-world challenges

• Provide context and clarity to the development team, ensuring they comprehend what to create and its significance

• Serve as an advocate for the customer, ensuring their voice is heard in decision-making processes

• Monitor product performance against established goals and adjust strategies based on outcomes and feedback

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and achievement

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a Product Manager role, ideally within SaaS, healthcare, or supply chain sectors

• Demonstrated success in managing a product or significant product area from strategy through to execution

• Strong customer-facing abilities, with experience in conducting discovery interviews and transforming insights into product opportunities

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, bridging both technical and business teams

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes

• Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of defining and assessing product success

• Experience with healthcare or supply chain workflows is a significant advantage
