Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers to implement portfolio strategies that enhance revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee product lifecycle processes, which encompass launches, portfolio optimization, product enhancements, and end-of-life strategies.

• Conduct analysis on sales, profitability, pricing, inventory, and market trends.

• Identify opportunities for SKU rationalization, product mix optimization, and margin improvements.

• Work alongside Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, distributors, and contract manufacturing partners.

• Assist with pricing, forecasting, distributor programs, inventory planning, and business analytics.

• Assess customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive activities.

• Facilitate new product introductions and commercialization efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field such as business, engineering, or analysis.

• Experience in managing products throughout the entire product lifecycle, including portfolio management, product launches, commercialization, or new product introduction initiatives.

• Proven track record of analyzing product performance, profitability, pricing, forecasting, or market data.

• Capability to work efficiently in cross-functional settings and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Preferred experience in manufacturing, connectivity, networking, cabling, infrastructure, or similar industries.

• Preferred experience with SKU management, distributor relationships, contract manufacturing, or product development processes.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer visits, industry events, and facility tours.
