Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the direction and leadership of a Palco product.

• Develop and implement a product plan that aligns with corporate objectives and initiatives.

• Establish the product vision and manage the product roadmap.

• Enhance product penetration within Palco’s market segment.

• Prioritize product and customer requirements to fulfill business needs.

• Manage relationships related to the product, both internally and externally.

• Collaborate with Palco’s Director and IT teams to ensure product efforts align with the company strategy.

• Collect and document product requirements.

• Oversee key initiatives.

• Define the product implementation strategy for implementation teams.

• Direct product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Work alongside the product owner and relevant IT teams to realize the product vision and roadmap.

• Create project plans for launching new features into the market.

• Present innovative ideas and actively seek user feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.

• Experience in Healthcare or Self-Direction Programs is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Capability to formulate both short-term and long-term product visions.

• Proficiency in researching industry trends and market demands.

• Skill in anticipating market and industry trends along with client needs.

• Strong technical background and ability to stay updated with advancements in software technology.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet implementation deadlines.

• Effective communication skills with both internal and external system users.

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Proven collaboration skills and the ability to guide development teams within an Agile framework.
