Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Packsize’s European accessories and consumables portfolio, which includes corrugated products.

• Formulate strategies for product pricing, positioning, and commercialization.

• Recognize opportunities to boost revenue, margin, product adoption, and portfolio efficiency.

• Oversee product lifecycles, encompassing new product launches, enhancements, and rationalization.

• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions to determine the appropriate products for the portfolio.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement on suppliers, cost-saving initiatives, lead-time improvements, and product availability.

• Collect customer and market insights to inform product strategy.

• Work in conjunction with North American Product Management to standardize the global portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• In-depth knowledge of the European corrugated industry.

• Experience in managing products, categories, or portfolios.

• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.

• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel across Europe.

• Nice to have: experience with packaging accessories, consumables, or packaging materials.

• Nice to have: proficiency in Dutch or German.

• Nice to have: experience with packaging machinery or automation.

• Nice to have: experience in pricing, product commercialization, or portfolio optimization.

• Nice to have: familiarity with working in a global or multinational organization.

• Nice to have: experience with European packaging markets.
