Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the European accessories and consumables portfolio, which includes corrugated products.

• Formulate strategies for product pricing, positioning, and commercialization.

• Recognize opportunities to boost revenue, margin, product adoption, and overall portfolio efficiency.

• Oversee product lifecycles, which encompass new product launches, enhancements, and rationalization efforts.

• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to identify suitable products for the portfolio.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to optimize suppliers, reduce costs, improve lead times, and ensure product availability.

• Collect customer and market insights to inform product strategy.

• Work together with North American Product Management to standardize the global portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• In-depth knowledge of the European corrugated industry is essential.

• Proven experience in managing products, categories, or portfolios is necessary.

• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities are required.

• Experience collaborating across functions with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering is important.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Willingness to travel within Europe is expected.

• Preferred: experience with other packaging accessories, consumables, or packaging materials.

• Preferred: ability to speak Dutch or German.

• Preferred: experience with packaging machinery or automation.

• Preferred: background in pricing, product commercialization, or portfolio optimization.

• Preferred: experience in a global or multinational organization.

• Preferred: familiarity with European packaging markets.
