Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Packsize’s portfolio of European accessories and consumables, which includes corrugated products.

• Formulate strategies for product pricing, positioning, and commercialization.

• Recognize opportunities to boost revenue, margins, product adoption, and portfolio efficiency.

• Oversee product lifecycles, encompassing new product launches, enhancements, and rationalization.

• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions to determine the most suitable products for the portfolio.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement on suppliers, cost reduction, lead-time enhancements, and product availability.

• Collect customer and market insights to inform product strategy.

• Work alongside North American Product Management to standardize the global portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• In-depth knowledge of the European corrugated industry.

• Proven experience in managing products, categories, or portfolios.

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.

• Experience collaborating across functions with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel throughout Europe.

• Familiarity with other packaging accessories, consumables, or packaging materials (preferred).

• Ability to speak German fluently (preferred).

• Background in packaging machinery or automation (preferred).

• Experience in pricing, product commercialization, or portfolio optimization (preferred).

• Proven track record in a global or multinational organization (preferred).

• Knowledge of European packaging markets (preferred).
