Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement localized product strategies that align with both regional and global goals.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from its introduction to phase-out.

• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive prospects.

• Facilitate successful product launches and commercialization efforts.

• Represent the voice of the German market within the broader product organization.

• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Global Product Management.

• Assist in pricing, profitability, and business growth initiatives.

• Provide product training and technical assistance to both customers and internal teams.

• Lead the Indoor Climate Solutions portfolio in Germany.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Building Services, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Technical and commercial knowledge of building systems and construction markets.

• Over 5 years of Product Management experience in HVAC, Indoor Climate, Building Technology, Building Materials, or related construction industries.

• Proven experience in managing product lifecycles and market introductions.

• Strong grasp of solution-based selling and project-oriented business.

• Expertise in product management and portfolio strategy.

• Solid commercial and financial insight.

• Proficiency in German and English languages.
