Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster engagement and satisfaction with Nava’s technology products designed for employees.

• Assist individuals in making informed healthcare choices while ensuring they receive the necessary care and support.

• Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer, Customer Advisory Board, and internal stakeholders to shape and refine the product roadmap.

• Convert customer requirements and company strategies into well-defined priorities.

• Establish annual product objectives and measurable targets in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Align the team around significant outcomes and utilize evidence of impact to inform decision-making.

• Work alongside product support teams to identify usability issues, bugs, and areas of friction.

• Actively pursue the resolution of product-related issues and confirm enhancements to the customer experience.

• Collaborate with product marketing to articulate product value and stimulate interest and adoption.

• Lead collaborations across engineering and design from the discovery phase through to delivery.

• Report directly to the co-founder and Chief Product Officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Proven success in taking products from inception to market and achieving product-market fit.

• Strong inclination towards action and rapid learning.

• Experience in deploying and scaling essential SaaS products.

• Demonstrable track record of delivering measurable enhancements in product adoption, engagement, satisfaction, or other impactful customer and business outcomes.

• Experience in aligning cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around product priorities, objectives, and trade-offs.

• Proficient in designing a research plan from the ground up.

• Skilled in utilizing storytelling and data to unify teams around a strategic course of action.

• Familiarity with tools like Claude Code and Codex.

• Comfortable navigating a complex codebase, making fixes and enhancements, and initiating PRs with assistance from agents.

• Experienced in collaborating across engineering, design, and product management disciplines.
