This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision and strategy, outline the roadmap, and lead the product to success.

• Define business value, OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics for the product.

• Analyze product performance, user behavior, customer insights, and conduct market research.

• Provide recommendations to enhance product features, boost user acquisition, and increase engagement.

• Collect feedback from stakeholders, customers, and the market while maintaining a prioritized feature backlog.

• Lead and design user research studies, applying findings to inform product strategy.

• Support the development of user personas and advocate for user-centered design practices.

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, including epics and features.

• Secure stakeholder agreement on timelines, resource plans, and modifications to project plans.

• Work closely with product owners, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize features.

• Convert product strategy into actionable development tasks and assist Product Owner in prioritization.

• Engage in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Assist in release planning, coordination, change impact assessment, communication, and training.

• Oversee the release process for Engineering and QA teams, stepping in as Scrum Master when necessary.

• Conduct market research and spearhead go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, and launch objectives.

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for product launches.

• Continuously enhance product development processes while adhering to an Agile development model.

• Monitor project milestones and outcomes, identify root causes, and formulate contingency and recovery plans.

• Act as a mediator and translator between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Identify product risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

• Utilize approved AI-assisted tools for coding/scripting, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical research.

• Participate in additional projects or tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• Seven (7) or more years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer or enterprise-level products.

• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Figma, AHA, Amplitude, and/or Tableau tools is required.

• Marketing experience is preferred.

• Scrum/Agile certification is preferred.

• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is acceptable.

• Strong analytical skills and a passion for analyzing products, competitors, market dynamics, KPIs, and customer insights.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing and product planning processes, with the capability to bring products to market.

• Proven ability to prioritize product features, manage roadmaps, and solve complex issues with minimal oversight.

• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and experience within Agile product development processes.

• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

• Ability to translate product capabilities into functional specifications, epics, features, and user stories, while communicating effectively with engineering teams.

• Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities, capable of evaluating trade-offs and balancing immediate needs with long-term product strategy.

• Metrics-oriented and customer-focused, with an understanding of user experience and the ability to utilize customer feedback to guide product decisions.

• Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to evolving business needs.

• Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and comprehend the financial implications of product decisions.

• Capability to define test cases and conduct testing as part of User Acceptance Testing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
