Product Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement product strategy, roadmap, and priorities that align with business goals and customer requirements.

• Utilize customer insights, market data, competitive analysis, and product metrics to uncover growth potential.

• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Data, AI, and Go-to-Market teams to create solutions focused on customer needs.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Establish KPIs and success metrics, leveraging data to inform decision-making.

• Lead product launches and oversee change management initiatives.

• Assess opportunities in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

• Serve as the advocate for the customer and a subject matter expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Over 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or SaaS.

• Proven experience in Agile environments.

• Excellent analytics, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams and achieve results.

• Preferred experience in higher education technology.

• Preferred experience with AI-enabled products.

• Familiarity with product analytics tools is preferred.

• CSPO or similar certification is preferred.
