Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and communicate a product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and analytical requirements.

• Perform market analysis and collect customer insights to pinpoint pain points, opportunities, and emerging trends.

• Convert research insights into practical product features and improvements.

• Collect, assess, and prioritize product requirements.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Ensure effective product development and launch aligned with Product KPIs.

• Lead product launches, develop go-to-market strategies, focus on UI/UX, coordinate marketing efforts, and support sales enablement.

• Track product adoption and usage to find areas for enhancement.

• Utilize product analytics and user feedback to evaluate performance and guide future development.

• Act as a product expert and lead the development of features and integrations that engage new user segments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering disciplines.

• Over 3 years of experience in rapidly growing or startup software companies.

• Previous product management experience with significant features or products is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Cursor, Claude, Lovable, and Replit.

• Strong knowledge of the AI landscape, LLMs, training, and evaluations.

• Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product strategies.

• Comfort in engaging extensively with engineering, design, and data teams.

• Proven ability to empathize with customers and convert their needs into successful product features.

• Exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities.

• Skill in identifying market opportunities and creating actionable plans.

• Upstream/downstream perspective for refining product planning and execution.

• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and enhancing product quality.

• Passion for emerging web frameworks and LLMs.
